Corporate IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate IT Manager to lead our enterprise‑wide technology initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight of infrastructure, security, digital transformation and IT governance, ensuring that technology aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s IT strategy, roadmaps, budgets and investment plans.
• Lead cross‑functional technology teams and establish IT governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure—including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networks and data centers—to guarantee high availability, scalability and performance.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud migration and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Develop and enforce information security programs, manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security operations, IAM and endpoint security.
• Lead digital transformation projects, including automation, AI, cloud services and process optimisation.
• Ensure stable IT operations through ITIL‑based service management, KPI monitoring and SLA compliance.
• Oversee enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM and HRMS, managing integration, licensing and lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead large‑scale IT projects, managing budgets, timelines, resources and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles with responsibility for strategy, infrastructure and security.
• Strong track record of delivering digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to advise executive leadership and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex projects, budgets and multi‑disciplinary teams.
