Corporate IT Support Specialist

About the role

The Corporate IT Support Specialist provides first‑level technical assistance to internal users, ensuring hardware and software operate smoothly to support daily business activities. This role is responsible for handling incidents, managing assets, and supporting new hires within defined service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve hardware and software issues submitted via email, system alerts, or other channels, meeting SLA targets.
• Prepare and archive receiving forms for new hardware to maintain accurate asset records.
• Set up new hire workstations, including email accounts, Windows OS installation, required applications, and domain access.
• Monitor hardware warranties, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT assets and perform monthly hardware checks.
• Update user software (antivirus, Microsoft Office, etc.) according to a regular maintenance schedule.
• Stay informed about emerging IT trends and technologies.

Required profile

• BSc in IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Windows operating system installation and configuration.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Experience with antivirus and software update processes.
