Corporate Settlement Team Leader

About the role

The Corporate Settlement Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end processing of corporate settlement transactions. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with multiple internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily corporate banking settlement activities in line with established procedures and service level agreements.
• Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions, investigating discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.
• Escalate critical issues, recommend improvements, and maintain operational controls to safeguard transaction integrity.
• Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Payment Operations to ensure smooth settlement workflows.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, leveraging international best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in banking operations or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations and other applicable rules.
