Cost Control Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Cost Control Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has experience in the Retail or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector and a passion for cost optimisation, financial analysis, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present cost reports, analysing variances and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Conduct inventory, food‑cost and operational‑cost analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing monitoring of financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to aid operational decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost control within Retail or F&B.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, food cost and operational cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and support cross‑functional initiatives.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems.
