Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager leads all operational, technical and sales activities for the business within the assigned country. Reporting to the Vice President, you will shape strategy, drive revenue growth and ensure profitability while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic regional business plan focused on growth, sales targets and brand positioning.
• Lead and develop the local Quality Evaluation (QE) team, overseeing personnel management and performance.
• Collaborate with the President and peers to share resources, ideas and best practices.
• Prepare aggressive yet realistic budgets, business plans and KPI targets.
• Promote the ABS brand, maintain competitive pricing and support international sales initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, new services and acquisition prospects.
• Implement group‑wide processes for IT, HR, Legal, Compliance and Finance, ensuring strong financial controls.
• Maintain a safe working environment and cultivate a safety‑first culture.
• Manage backlog, accounts receivable, cash flow and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/quality‑related qualification.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant industry experience, preferably in management systems certification.
• Proven P&L responsibility and experience managing large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
