Creative Designer – Print & Digital Media

About the role

The Designer will create visually engaging, on‑brand designs for a range of print and digital assets, supporting EXA Ceramics' marketing and product initiatives. Working closely with marketing, product and content teams, the role ensures design solutions align with business goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts and designs for brochures, websites, social media, advertisements and product packaging.
• Translate client briefs and project objectives into visually appealing assets that reflect the brand identity.
• Design graphics, logos, illustrations and visual elements for marketing campaigns and product presentations.
• Create and maintain consistent layouts for digital and print publications, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images to meet high‑quality visual standards.
• Prepare final design files for production, ensuring correct formats, resolution and quality.
• Coordinate with print vendors and external partners to guarantee accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revise designs and provide progress updates.
• Stay current with design trends and suggest improvements to design processes.
