Creative Director – Lead Innovative Projects

About the role

ACOUSTIEG is seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to shape the visual and auditory identity of its projects across music, branding, content, and multimedia. Based in Riyadh, you will lead the development of innovative concepts that drive impact for clients in healthcare, education, residential, and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the creative vision for campaigns and projects.
• Develop concepts and strategies that align with client objectives.
• Manage and mentor internal creative teams and external collaborators.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and originality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with clients, producers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging creative practices.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, Music, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
