Credit Supervisor – Hotel Finance

About the role

The Credit Supervisor will lead the Credit and Accounts Receivable function for Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role ensures accurate billing, timely collections, and strong credit control while supporting the hotel’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Credit and Accounts Receivable activities and ensure compliance with hotel credit policies.
• Review new credit applications, approve limits, and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and flag high‑risk accounts for management attention.
• Analyse the Accounts Receivable Aging Report, follow up on overdue balances, and control Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Escalate significantly overdue or high‑risk accounts to the Credit Manager and Director of Finance.
• Maintain systematic collection follow‑up with companies, travel agents, government entities, groups, and other debtors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; SOCPA certification or membership preferred.
• Proven experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Hotel Finance, with supervisory experience in an international hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, accounts receivable processes, and financial procedures.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
