About the role
The job holder is responsible for carrying out crisis management activities, including crisis simulations, ensuring decision‑making structures are in place, and providing support during emergencies. This role contributes to the organization’s resilience by preparing, monitoring, and refining response frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform crisis simulations and monitor cross‑departmental exercises and post‑crisis reviews.
- Maintain and refine scalable crisis response frameworks and decision‑making hierarchies.
- Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for systems, cost optimisation, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards (HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Escalate problems promptly to achieve timely resolution.
- Monitor external trends and emerging threats that could affect organisational stability.
- Document and report on crisis response activities and lessons learned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
