CRM & Automation Senior Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Senior Specialist to work on site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role manages and optimizes the organization's CRM ecosystem, customer database and marketing automation capabilities to drive lead management, customer engagement, conversion optimization and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms to improve user experience and data accuracy
• Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Train users and provide ongoing support for CRM and automation tools
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and business automation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, customer lifecycle management or related disciplines
• Proven experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience in lead management, customer segmentation, campaign automation and performance analytics
