CRM Developer (Banking & Technology)

About the role

The CRM Developer will design, develop, and maintain CRM software solutions that enable the business to manage customer interactions efficiently. This technical role focuses on customizing features, integrating with other systems, and ensuring data accuracy to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy CRM applications and new features.
• Customize CRM platforms with custom fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs.
• Integrate the CRM system with marketing automation, sales, support tools, and third‑party applications.
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and integrity within the CRM database.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks.
• Create and keep documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• SQL and database query expertise.
• HTML, CSS, and front‑end framework knowledge.
• API integration and third‑party tool connectivity.
