CRM Team Lead

About the role

Alkhorayef Energy Systems (AES) is seeking an experienced CRM Team Lead to oversee CRM operations and drive customer experience initiatives from its Second Industrial City office in Riyadh. You will manage data quality, lead approvals, reporting and support users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day CRM operations, ensuring data integrity and timely lead/account approvals.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Lead system enhancements, workflow automation, testing and continuous improvement.
• Monitor customer‑service channels such as call centre, chatbot and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align CRM activities with business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM operations or customer experience management.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
