CRM Team Lead

About the role

Alkhorayef Energy Systems is seeking a proactive CRM Team Lead to oversee and enhance its customer relationship management operations in Riyadh. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement across all CRM touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day CRM operations, including data quality, lead and account approvals, reporting, and user support.
• Lead system enhancements, workflow automation, testing, and ongoing optimisation of the CRM platform.
• Monitor customer‑service channels such as the call centre, chatbot, and WhatsApp to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee customer experience initiatives and guarantee timely resolution of complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align CRM activities with broader business objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM operations or customer experience management.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
