Crusher Supervisor

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is seeking a Crusher Supervisor to lead the primary and secondary crushing operations in Riyadh. The role ensures a consistent feed size for downstream gold recovery, drives operational excellence, and upholds the highest safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of jaw and cone crushers to meet fragmentation and throughput targets.
• Enforce Permit‑to‑Work and Lockout‑Tagout procedures for personnel and equipment safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule liner changes and repairs during planned shutdowns.
• Supervise shift teams, conduct competency assessments, and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Prepare accurate shift reports on tonnage, downtime, and safety observations for management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience operating crushing circuits in a mining or mineral‑processing environment.
• Proven ability to lead shift teams and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
