Customer Care - Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care – Sales Specialist to join Fast Fit EMS Fitness in Riyadh. The role combines customer service with sales, handling inquiries in both Arabic and English while working towards defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting Fast Fit EMS fitness services.
• Provide high‑quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passionate about helping customers and delivering results.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Polished and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
