Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join D&B’s B2B support team. You will be the first point of contact for corporate clients, handling inquiries, managing leads and ensuring a seamless experience across our suite of business information products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily influx of leads for specific D&B products.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing detailed information about service offerings and supporting sales on new inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints and requests, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee prompt delivery of client deliverables.
• Direct requests to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Stay informed about all D&B offerings and provide comprehensive information as needed.
• Lead efforts to keep the customer database up to date.
• Contribute to research activities and assist in generating new sales leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑3 years of experience in B2B customer service or corporate client management.
• Proven track record in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team‑player with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
