About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from travelers regarding Tax Free Shopping, refunds, and related services. The role involves delivering prompt, professional support across phone, email and other channels while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
- Assist travelers with Tax Free Shopping, refunds, and transaction‑related questions.
- Resolve complaints while maintaining a positive approach and adhering to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle complex cases and ensure accurate records.
- Meet service KPIs, quality standards, and response‑time targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings.
