About the role
Tabby, a fast‑growing GCC fintech, is hosting an open recruitment day for Customer Service Representatives. Saudi nationals with strong Arabic and English skills are invited to attend walk‑in interviews from February 1st to 4th.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic.
- Answer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow clear guidelines and use tools to assist customers quickly and accurately.
Required profile
- Fluent in speaking and writing Arabic and English (B2 level or higher in English).
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts from the office.
- Helpful, calm under pressure, quick learner, and takes work seriously.
What we offer
- Salary: SAR 6,000 – SAR 7,500 per month.
