Customer Service & Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Support Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. In this remote position you will provide friendly, professional assistance across multiple channels, resolve inquiries, and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions and service requests via phone, email, chat or other channels.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Investigate issues, propose appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Escalate unresolved matters according to established procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and adhere to service policies and quality standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve support processes and achieve team service targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer-focused attitude with active listening skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, call centre or administrative roles is a plus.
