Customer Service Technician

About the role

The Customer Service Technician supports alfanar Electric’s customers by troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely assistance, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role requires staying up‑to‑date with product knowledge and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving customer technical problems efficiently.
• Engage with customers to understand their concerns, provide support, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and feedback in the case management system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product updates, technical changes, and new tools.
• Follow company quality standards and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors, adhering to feedback and direction.
• Execute operational tasks according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Identify and report recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Commitment to follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
