Customer Success Account Manager – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) team is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to partner with strategic enterprise customers on their cloud journey. You will help customers adopt Microsoft cloud solutions, drive value realization, and ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive adoption and value realization of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud solutions.
• Lead delivery programs and coordinate Microsoft and partner teams to achieve customer outcomes.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, or Program Management.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement abilities.
