Customer Success Manager – Radiology (Middle East & Africa)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager focused on radiology, you will partner with Harrison.ai’s Commercial and Professional Services teams to drive adoption of AI‑powered diagnostic solutions across the Middle East and Africa. You will guide customers from onboarding through long‑term success, ensuring they achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall relationship and satisfaction for assigned accounts in the region.
• Act as the primary post‑sales contact, building trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs, product training, and education for new implementations, upgrades, and releases.
• Create and execute customer success plans aligned with each customer’s objectives.
• Monitor product adoption, utilization, and engagement; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead adoption and change‑management initiatives in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Support pre‑sales engagements by participating in discovery sessions and defining solution fit.

Required profile

• Highly collaborative, customer‑facing professional with experience in healthcare or medical technology.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to engage clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Support.
