Cyber Consultant & Trainer (Riyadh)

About the role

This position is designed for cybersecurity professionals with a strong technical background and experience in military or defence environments. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Cyber Consultant & Trainer will develop and deliver cybersecurity training while supporting operational security activities for a specialised academy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver cybersecurity training programmes and educational content.
• Review and enhance existing courses to reflect industry best practices and emerging threats.
• Create training materials such as presentations, labs, practical exercises, assessments and technical documentation.
• Support curriculum development across domains including SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Network Security, Digital Forensics and GRC.
• Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions and hands‑on cyber exercises.
• Assist with reporting, documentation and project deliverables as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, consulting or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering cybersecurity training programmes.
• Previous experience working within a military, defence or military‑affiliated organisation (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
