Cyber Fraud Analyst (Data Analyst)

About the role

Group-IB is looking for a Cyber Fraud Analyst to join its Digital Crime Resistance Centers. You will work on daily investigations of cyber‑fraud cases, conduct deep research on fraudulent activity, and help develop detection mechanisms for digital identity protection.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze suspicious events and user sessions to detect fraud behavior.
• Utilize cutting‑edge fraud detection technologies and propose new detection methods.
• Contribute to the development of a digital identity protection system.
• Prepare detailed fraud activity reports and research malicious campaigns.
• Support customers in fraud analysis, investigations, and use of the Fraud Protection Platform.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Python and data‑analysis frameworks.
• Experience working with databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or engineering.
