Cyber Security Advisor – Lead Cybersecurity Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a senior Cyber Security Advisor to shape and elevate our cybersecurity strategy across the organization. Reporting to executive management, you will guide governance, risk management and compliance initiatives to protect our digital assets in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead cyber risk assessments, monitor security controls and ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
• Support incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security into new systems and technologies.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on emerging threats and security improvements.
• Drive security awareness and foster a strong cybersecurity culture throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security or governance, preferably in large or government‑related organisations.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management and compliance standards.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 are highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English.
