Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II – Industrial Networks

About the role

This position provides both onsite and offsite cyber security services for Honeywell Process Solutions customers across multiple industrial sectors. The role focuses on protecting industrial Process Control Networks and delivering consulting, design, implementation, and assessment services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with customers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain deep technical competency with Honeywell security and networking product portfolios.
• Provide accurate, timely technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries.
• Stay current with industry security standards such as NIST, NCA, IEC‑62443, ISO‑27001.
• Travel 30‑65% to customer sites for consulting, assessments, and project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation network systems.
• Proven experience leading security projects, performing audits/assessments, and managing virtualization environments.
• Familiarity with industrial site safety requirements and process control environments.

Required skills

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
• VCP (VMware Certified Professional) or equivalent virtualization expertise.
• Linux and Windows security fundamentals.
• Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server administration.
• LAN/WAN architecture design and Purdue model knowledge.
• Industrial networking protocols and process control network security.
• Cyber security risk analysis and compliance with NIST, IEC‑62443, ISO‑27001.
