Cyber Security Manager – Technology Consulting

About the role

Join PwC’s Academy Middle East as a Cyber Security Manager within the Technology Consulting practice. You will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement end‑to‑end cyber security programs that protect critical assets and enable sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work under cyber security leadership to assess, design and deliver comprehensive security strategies, architectures and governance frameworks.
• Develop and document cyber security programs based on standards such as NIST, CIS and ISO 27001.
• Design target technical security architectures, including threat intelligence, anti‑APT solutions, IAM, DLP, GRC, SIEM, next‑generation firewalls, analytics and incident response.
• Create RFPs, evaluate technologies and manage vendor selection processes.
• Design and implement Security Operations Centers (SOC) with appropriate facilities, processes, tools and staffing.
• Supervise solution deployments on client sites and coordinate with vendors and system integrators.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to IT teams, executives and end‑users.
• Support business development by drafting technical and financial proposals.
• Collaborate with regional and international teams on client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Research emerging cyber security technologies and share knowledge across the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cyber security consulting services for large, complex organisations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple client engagements.
