Cybersecurity Product Manager

About the role

Asal Technologies is looking for a Cybersecurity Product Manager to turn validated market needs into secure, scalable, and commercially successful products. You will work closely with founders, early customers, and engineering teams to shape solutions that address real security challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy by identifying high‑value cybersecurity problems and market opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery with CISOs, security engineers, and SOC teams to translate workflows and threats into product priorities.
• Monitor the cybersecurity landscape, including buyer needs, trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and evolving threats.
• Own the product roadmap and MVP definition, turning business and customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, user‑friendly products through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Ensure integration with modern security stacks such as SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, and cloud platforms.
• Shape go‑to‑market plans, including positioning, pricing, pilot programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in cybersecurity, product management, security engineering, or security consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
