Cybersecurity Specialist I

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist I, Cybersecurity to protect and strengthen the IT infrastructure of Al Ayuni’s subsidiaries, joint ventures and projects. The role will implement group‑wide security standards, provide technical guidance and ensure compliance across a diverse technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and operational support of cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, EDR, IAM, MFA, email security, and SIEM.
• Perform security hardening of servers, endpoints, operating systems, network devices, cloud platforms, databases and business applications.
• Secure Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments by applying appropriate security configurations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, health checks and technical compliance reviews, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Support audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Review security architecture of infrastructure and applications, validate remediation of findings and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Assist incident response teams with investigation, analysis and resolution of security incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in implementing and operating cybersecurity solutions in complex, multi‑site environments.
• Strong understanding of security standards and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with infrastructure, application and digital teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
