Data Analyst – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Balich Wonder Studio is expanding its KSA operations and needs a Data Analyst to turn large volumes of bid, project and operational data into actionable insights. The role sits at the crossroads of operations, business development and marketing, providing timely, accurate information to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, structure and track data from procurement portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, Etimad and similar platforms.
• Support the bid process by analysing RFPs, pulling key data points on scope, deliverables, timelines and eligibility.
• Maintain a master dashboard that tracks bid statuses, deadlines and outcomes for leadership.
• Build and update internal databases in Airtable and Excel, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency.
• Assist the Process & Digital System Manager with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide basic data support to the marketing team, including content scheduling, performance tracking and Instagram data insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations support or coordination, preferably within events, marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to read and interpret dense documents such as RFPs, briefs and reports.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to data accuracy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle, SAP Ariba or Etimad procurement platforms.
• Proficiency in Airtable and Microsoft Excel for database management and reporting.
