Data Analytics and AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analytics and AI Specialist to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders, build reliable datasets—preferably from SAP HANA—and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
• Apply statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression and basic forecasting.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including DAX calculations, data modeling and performance optimization.
• Create and optimise data models and semantic layers using star‑schema and dimensional modeling techniques.
• Extract, transform and validate data from SAP HANA, ERP systems, spreadsheets and APIs.
• Define, track and govern KPI definitions with stakeholders.
• Produce clear, executive‑ready reports and storytelling insights.
• Ensure data quality, maintain documentation and collaborate with IT/Data teams on security and pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Hands‑on experience building Power BI solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
