Data Entry Admin Clerk (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Admin Clerk to join our fully remote team. In this role you will ensure that all company information is entered accurately, kept up‑to‑date, and organized across various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, forms and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Review source documents, verify information, and correct spelling errors, duplicates, or missing data.
• Perform routine data verification, quality‑control checks and data‑cleanup activities.
• Organize and categorize electronic files, ensuring consistent naming conventions and easy accessibility.
• Provide general clerical support, prepare and maintain documents, reports and spreadsheets.
• Monitor and respond to routine administrative emails and forward issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for email handling and documentation.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain data integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience using database or data‑entry platforms.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital file management.
