Data Management Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Management Assistant to support our daily data operations. The role is fully remote and involves maintaining accurate, organized information across various databases and spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and organize data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting errors and duplicates.
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
• Maintain digital files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and system updates.
• Collect and consolidate information from multiple sources and prepare reports.
• Track data‑related tasks, updates, and pending items.
• Research missing or inconsistent information and update records accordingly.
• Handle confidential and sensitive data responsibly.
• Support team members with data‑related requests and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data management, data entry, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Professional, proactive, and methodical work attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience working with databases or digital information systems.
