Data Management Lead Specialist

About the role

The Data Management Lead Specialist will guide ZATCA’s data management strategy, ensuring compliance with national standards and promoting data protection, automation, and quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update ZATCA’s data guides to align with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards.
• Conduct assessments to identify data management needs, define policies, and develop a comprehensive data management plan.
• Define KPIs, communicate policies to stakeholders, and establish metadata programs to maintain data integrity.
• Oversee implementation of data management projects, resolve data issues, and produce compliance reports for senior functions.
• Provide guidance to junior staff, resolve escalated problems, and ensure consistent adherence to SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data management or IT compliance.
• Proficiency in policy making, data analytics, and results‑oriented work.
