About the role

Masterworks is looking for a results‑driven Data Management Specialist with over five years of experience to enhance data integrity, accessibility and compliance across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data management processes aligned with governance standards.
• Perform data quality assessments, identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and document data requirements and policies.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops on data management best practices.
• Utilise data management technologies to automate processes and improve workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
