Data Program Analyst

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Program Analyst to join its team in Saudi Arabia, working on site in Jeddah. The role manages and analyzes data programs to improve operational efficiency and decision-making, turning raw data into meaningful insights through close collaboration with other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing and managing data programs that collect and analyze important information.
• Collect and manage data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and program results.
• Analyze program data to spot trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Support stakeholders with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams on data sharing and communication.
• Prepare presentations and reports that explain complex data clearly and actionably.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and program management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management.
• Strong analytical skills and good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Python or R is a plus.
