Data QA & AI Quality Specialist

About the role

Almosafer is seeking a Data QA & AI Quality Specialist to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of its data, AI, and machine‑learning solutions. The role blends data quality engineering with AI model validation, supporting both core data pipelines and cutting‑edge generative AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data quality checks, validate completeness and consistency, and perform source‑to‑target reconciliation using SQL and Python.
• Develop automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest) and support regression testing for production data and ML models.
• Evaluate AI/ML models against business requirements, monitor data drift, bias, and reliability, and collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Test generative AI, LLM, and RAG applications for factual accuracy, hallucinations, and bias; create prompt‑based test scenarios and continuous monitoring data sets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data QA, data engineering, data science, or AI/ML testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL querying.
• Automated testing frameworks such as PyTest.
• Prompt engineering for LLM applications.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI‑assisted development tools.
