Datacentre Technician

About the role

Be the hands at the site, handling installation, commissioning, maintenance and first‑line response for data‑centre nodes deployed in customer facilities and in our own.

Key responsibilities

• Rack, cable, power and commission nodes at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, including coolant service, filter changes and inspections.
• Respond to incidents by diagnosing, replacing components, escalating when needed and documenting actions.
• Maintain accurate asset, firmware and service records.
• Represent the company professionally on‑site, where behaviour matters as much as competence.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in data‑centre operations or field hardware service.
• Comfortable with rack work, structured cabling, power distribution and safe working practices.
• Methodical fault‑finding ability and clear written hand‑over documentation.
• Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel.
• Arabic language proficiency (useful).
• Electrical or mechanical certification and experience with liquid‑cooled or high‑density deployments (useful).
