Delivery Assurance Manager

About the role

The Delivery Assurance Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This senior position leads cross‑functional teams, implements assurance frameworks and drives continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain comprehensive delivery assurance frameworks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project delivery cycles, monitoring progress against scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, establishing proactive mitigation plans.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executive management and clients, to align delivery objectives with business goals.
• Drive change initiatives to improve delivery processes and organisational procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programmes on delivery assurance and project management standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project delivery, quality assurance or related functions.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and achieving measurable performance improvements.
• Strong analytical ability to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, including experience with executive audiences.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Background in regulatory compliance and risk management is a plus.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) highly desirable.
