Deputy Commercial Manager – King Salman International Airport

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Deputy Commercial Manager to support the development of King Salman International Airport in Riyadh. The role focuses on subcontract formation and administration, ensuring commercial compliance across a large, complex airport project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of bid request packages for subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project contract operating procedures.
• Implement the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and associated standard work processes.
• Manage assigned subcontracts, monitoring progress, forecasting, and communicating issues.
• Ensure subcontract compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in subcontract management within large infrastructure or airport projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes in construction.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
