Digital Account Manager

About the role

The Digital Account Manager supports the development and execution of digital strategies for assigned client accounts. This role manages day‑to‑day client relationships, coordinates integrated digital projects, and oversees the creation of digital, social, content, and creative deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into actionable digital recommendations and implementation plans.
• Monitor performance, audience behavior, and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing meetings, status calls, presentations, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate creative development from briefing through delivery, working with design, video, web, and production teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, approvals, and documentation across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively address risks, support budgeting and scope management, and ensure quality‑checked deliverables are delivered on time.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, audience behavior, and industry trends.
