Digital and Brand Specialist

About the role

The Digital and Brand Specialist will lead the planning and execution of digital brand strategies for our organization in Medina. Working on‑site, the specialist ensures a consistent brand voice across all online channels and supports business objectives through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Create, update, and manage brand content for websites and social media platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Engage with audiences, respond to community interactions and grow follower bases.
• Research market trends, competitor activities and audience behaviour to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding or a similar role, preferably in the local or regional market.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English for professional communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign impact.
• Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic design collaboration.
