Digital Channel Operations Specialist

About the role

The Digital Channel Operations Specialist is the technical backbone of alfanar Electric’s digital platforms. You will manage website operations, improve SEO visibility, and run automated email/SMS campaigns, ensuring fast, modern experiences that convert traffic into leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the corporate website, product catalogs, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness and brand compliance.
• Update and publish technical content through the CMS, coordinating with internal IT and external development teams for new features and platform releases.
• Support SEO initiatives by monitoring meta‑tags, site maps, mobile responsiveness and other technical factors.
• Track web traffic, lead‑form pathways and user navigation, generating performance reports and ensuring proper analytics tagging.
• Maintain data hygiene, UTM parameters and clean data‑capture pathways across web forms and integrated marketing platforms.
• Monitor and resolve backend issues such as broken links, faulty forms, layout shifts or mobile‑experience problems.
• Ensure all web assets comply with corporate data policies, brand guidelines and applicable privacy standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing website content, digital assets and SEO activities.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, external developers and marketing teams to deploy new digital features.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring traffic patterns and reporting performance metrics.
