Digital Channel Operations Specialist

About the role

The Digital Channel Operations Specialist is the technical backbone of alfanar Electric’s digital presence. You will manage the company’s websites, improve search‑engine visibility, and run automated email/SMS campaigns, ensuring fast, modern experiences that convert traffic into leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of core digital infrastructure, including websites, product catalogs, and landing pages.
• Update and maintain web content, technical datasheets, and digital assets to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and brand compliance.
• Coordinate with internal IT and external development teams to deploy new digital platforms and portal features.
• Support technical SEO by monitoring meta‑tags, site maps, mobile responsiveness, and overall page‑load performance.
• Track web traffic, lead‑form pathways, and user navigation to ensure accurate analytics and reporting.
• Maintain records of web assets, UTM parameters, and site updates, generating performance reports on rankings, traffic, bounce rates, and user experience.
• Monitor channels for broken links, faulty forms, layout issues, and resolve technical bugs with development teams.
• Ensure all web scripts, forms, and data collection comply with corporate data policies and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Experience managing website operations and digital product catalogs.
• Familiarity with coordinating cross‑functional IT and development teams.
• Ability to monitor and optimize technical SEO elements.
• Strong attention to data hygiene and tracking accuracy.
