Digital Experience Senior Department Manager

About the role

The Digital Experience Senior Department Manager will lead the Omnichannel team to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences across all guest touchpoints. Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure alignment across content, UX/UI, and communication functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI team to define user‑centered design strategies, optimize journeys, and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee content creation for web, mobile apps, campaigns, social, email, push, and in‑app messaging, ensuring bilingual (Arabic/English) quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product analytics, merchandising, and technology teams to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage budgets for UX/UI research, creative production, and agency partners, tracking spend against forecasts.
• Set KPIs, SOPs, and performance targets for a multidisciplinary digital team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital experience, UX/UI, or omnichannel marketing.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale digital projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
