Digital Marketing Associate Director

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate Director to lead and grow its corporate and destination digital channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, launching successful campaigns, and aligning digital efforts with the company’s Vision 2030 and regenerative tourism goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, display advertising, SEM and remarketing to achieve awareness, engagement and conversion targets.
• Translate the overall digital strategy for both the corporate brand and the destination brand into operational plans for websites, social platforms and content creation.
• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, set priorities, manage performance and ensure succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with PR & Communications, Events, Trade and Smart Destination teams to ensure consistent messaging and audience targeting.
• Prepare and monitor the functional budget, reporting on financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Play a leading role in the Tourism Services component of the smart‑destination strategy.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, preferably within tourism or destination branding.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results through multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience managing budgets and driving performance against financial targets.
