Digital Marketing & Communications Associate

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Communications Associate will support the school’s brand, admissions, and community engagement through strategic digital storytelling, social media management, and paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Communications & Brand Design Manager on social media strategy and digital storytelling.
• Capture and edit photographs of school events, including contributions to the AIS‑R Yearbook.
• Manage daily digital presence, community engagement, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) for admissions lead generation.
• Maintain and refresh website content, ensuring timely updates of news and homepage sections.
• Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing ROI, website conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Support admissions and community‑engagement newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the design of signage, invitations, programs, and other branding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
