Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

Mada Properties is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to lead its digital growth engine. This strategic‑operational role bridges marketing, sales, and revenue, focusing on lead quality, conversion, and return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute short‑term and long‑term digital growth plans covering brand, creative, communications, and digital assets.
• Manage paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and Apple to boost ROAS while lowering CPR and CAC.
• Develop and optimise the lead funnel, improve conversion rates, and increase MQL‑to‑SQL efficiency.
• Build a data‑driven attribution model using GA4, MMP tools, Pixels/CAPI, and CRM, and monitor funnel performance via live dashboards.
• Grow organic presence, enhance brand authority, and collaborate with the creative team.
• Lead conversion‑rate optimisation, UI/UX improvements, and rapid lead response initiatives.
• Apply AI, programmatic, dynamic, and segmented campaigns to open new acquisition channels.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, preferably within Saudi markets.
• Proven track record of raising ROAS and reducing CAC across multiple paid‑media platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, MMP tools, CRM management, and data‑driven attribution.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel mechanics, and MQL/SQL conversion.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and meet fast‑paced deadlines.
