Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the hotel’s online presence, driving strategic initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement across digital channels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and optimise marketing activities while ensuring alignment with budget and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle strategic online initiatives to boost the hotel’s digital footprint.
• Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution and implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
• Negotiate advertising contracts with external partners.
• Work with department heads and teams to discuss plans and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to set and stay within budget.
• Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
• Proficiency in using social media as a marketing tool.
• Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
• Experience with lead generation and email marketing.
