About the role

Manafa, a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives for investors and borrowers. The role emphasizes digital performance, campaign execution, content support, and operational marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid and always‑on digital marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign planning and execution, primarily digital‑first with occasional offline exposure.
• Contribute to campaign messaging, generate content ideas, and provide copywriting support.
• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates.
• Manage CRM communications across push, in‑app, WhatsApp, and email channels.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Assist major campaigns from an execution and operational perspective.
• Coordinate closely with internal Product, Tech, and Brand & Communication teams.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing background with experience in Google Ads, paid social and retargeting.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused and operational mindset.
• Ability to write and support marketing content and campaign messaging.
• Understanding of full‑funnel marketing (acquisition, activation, engagement).
• Comfortable working across online and offline marketing activities.
• Experience or solid understanding of financial products or fintech services.
• Ability to work within a regulated financial environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal Brand & Communication teams.
• Data‑driven with strong analytical thinking.
• Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
